Description
Cold Steel's Recon Tanto knife is a large fixed blade knife enhanced with a remarkable blade made from San Mai VG10 steel. The core of the blade is made of VG10, laminated between two layers of softer steel that absorb the impact and the San Mai technique leaves a nice laminated line on the blade, right at the transition between the two types of steel. The handle is made of Kray-Ex, rubber-like plastic that offers good grip even in wet conditions. The case is in the style of Cold Steel's Secure-Ex. Durable, plastic and ideal for both left and right hand.
