1.How to order?

  • Through the e-shop - select the desired product, click "BUY" and follow the steps in the cart. Click on the cart to see the products selected for purchase, then fill in all the required data and click the button complete order and order. After completing the steps you will receive an email with a copy of your order. For the final and confirmation you will receive a phone call from one of our employees.
    After dispatch and by courier you will receive an email again which will have the delivery note number included.

If your information is filled in correctly, you will receive a confirmation email and within 24 hours during a working day and 48 hours during a weekend, we will confirm the validity of your order by phone call.

2.Method of delivery and payment.

Pay:

  • Cash on delivery -directly to the courier at the time of acceptance of the shipment
  • Payment by credit and debit cards via UOC through the services of Borica (In the event of circumstances, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original transaction. We do not store bank card details in any way.)
  • TBI Bank - possibility of repayment of credit
  • For orders outside Bulgaria only Payment by credit and debit cards via UOC through the services of Borica (In the event of circumstances, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original transaction. We do not store bank card details in any way.)

Delivery:

Deliveries are made by courier company „Еконт Експрес“, Спиди АД at the customer's choice. For deliveries outside of Bulgaria a company is used A1 Post. При поръчка над 150 лв доставката е безплатна при доставка със Спиди и над 190 лв при доставка с Еконт (за чужбина над 300 евро). All shipments have insurance and review option.

Orders received by 3 pm will be shipped the same day on business days.
Orders accepted after 3pm will be shipped the next day on business days.

The prices of goods on this site are final, including VAT. These prices do not include the shipping cost.
The site may offer goods of which there are no quantities available at a given time, which the customer is informed of when requesting by phone or after receiving an order through the site, by phone call. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.


Conditions for returning goods

According to the law on consumer protection and the rules of trade, the consumer has the right to make a claim if the goods are found to be missing, defective, not the size stated or not the brand name stated.

You can return goods within 28 calendar days if:

   1. The goods have a preserved commercial appearance (not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, not cut or peeled labels);
   2. No damage from improper operation;
   3. The original packaging, consumables and accessories are retained, if any were included;
   4. Transport costs for the return of the goods are at the expense of the customer
5. The amount shall be refunded by bank transfer

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Arms-Bg.com of his/her name, geographical address and, if available, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address and of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The user may use the attached standard withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory: Standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal (fill in and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

In the event of a claim, the consumer may claim a refund, replacement of the goods with new ones or a discount on the price.

Warranty service

Arms-bg.com shall be liable for any lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale which exists at the time of delivery of the goods and which manifests itself within two years after delivery, even if it had no knowledge of the lack of conformity.
A commercial guarantee is any obligation assumed by the trader or the manufacturer towards the consumer in addition to his obligation under this Act to ensure that the goods conform to the contract of sale, to refund the amount paid or to replace or repair the goods or to provide any other type of service relating to the goods where they do not conform to the specifications or, as the case may be, to other requirements unrelated to the conformity of the goods to the contract of sale, as set out in the application for a commercial guarantee or in the relevant advertising
The user cannot invoke and loses his rights under the Commercial Guarantee provided:
a) in case of a lost warranty card;
b) in the event of an attempt to repair and remove non-compliance by a person or service center not authorized by Technomarket.bg;
(c) in the event of damage caused by improper operation;
(d) in the event of damage to the physical integrity of the product;
(e) in the event of chemical, electrical and/or other influences unrelated to the normal operation of the product;
The commercial warranty provided for the product does not cover product components with a limited shelf life (batteries, consumables, etc.). Warranty service shall be carried out only at the service centres indicated on the warranty card, provided that the product is fully documented and complete.
The products and services referred to on this Site are limited only to the Terms and Conditions and information set out on the Site, without warranty of any kind beyond those stated, including commercial and express warranties. The obligations of arms-bg.com with respect to the products and services offered on this Site are governed by the respective agreements with the importers and/or distributors of the products featured.
