The design is based on the '594 Silver Collection' pocket knife - the first pocket knife ever produced by Fox. You open the blade with a flipper, then the liner-lock lock holds the blade securely in place. The blade is made from Böhler M390 - this is a premium steel that is very popular for its sharpness retention and corrosion resistance. Unsurprisingly, this is one of the most used types of steel at the moment. The handle is made of lightweight titanium and is reinforced with an impressive carbon fiber insert, a beautiful combination that feels great in the hand and keeps the knife relatively light.
