We value customers who return to us. That is why every registered Arms-BG customer automatically joins our loyalty programme and receives a permanent discount that increases as they make more purchases.
How to get involved
No separate registration or application is required. All you need to do is:
- You must have a registered account with our online shop.
- Shop whilst logged into your account.
Every completed order placed via your account is automatically recorded.
Tiers and discounts

To reach a particular tier, you simply need to meet one of the two criteria – the total amount spent or the number of orders. If you meet the criteria for several tiers, you will receive the discount for the highest tier.
Which orders count?
- Orders are counted once they have been marked as ‘Completed’. Rejected and cancelled orders are not counted.
- Only orders placed via your registered account will be accepted. Orders placed without registration will not be accepted, even if they are made using the same email address.
- The total amount includes the price of the products, including VAT. Delivery costs and any additional charges are not included.
- When products are returned or a refund is issued, the amount refunded is deducted from the total balance. Orders returned in full are not taken into account.
- Orders placed before the introduction of the euro are settled at the fixed exchange rate of 1 € = 1.95583 BGN.
How is the discount applied?
The discount is applied automatically in your basket and when you complete your order, and is shown on a separate line. You do not need to enter a code.
The discount applies to orders you place once you have reached the relevant level. The order that takes you to a new level will be counted once it has been completed.
The loyalty discount does not apply to:
- products on special offer;
- products that are already on offer as part of another promotion or discount;
- products expressly excluded from the scheme.
If your basket also contains such items, the discount is calculated only on the value of the remaining items.
Promotional codes
The loyalty discount can only be combined with certain promotional codes. If you use a promotional code that cannot be combined with it, only the promotional code will be applied to your order.
Free delivery
When a loyalty discount is applied to an order, it cannot be combined with free delivery on orders over a certain amount. In this case, delivery charges will apply, and you will see a message to this effect in your basket.
Change in level
Your tier is automatically recalculated whenever the status of one of your orders changes. You will receive an email when you join the programme, and also each time you reach a higher tier.
As refunded amounts are deducted, your tier may be downgraded if, following a refund, the accumulated amount and the number of orders no longer meet the criteria for that tier.
Where to track your progress
Under ‘My Profile’ → ‘Loyalty Programme’, you will find your current tier and the discount you are entitled to, your accumulated total, the number of eligible orders, and how much you need to reach the next tier.
General Provisions
- Participation in the programme is free of charge.
- The discount is personal; it is linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
- Arms-BG reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the programme or to terminate it. Any changes will be published on this page.
