1. How do I place an order?

• Via the online shop – select the product you want, click the“BUY”button and follow the steps in the shopping basket. Click on the shopping basket to view the products you have selected for purchase, then fill in all the required details and click the ‘Complete Order’ button. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an email with a copy of your order. For final confirmation, you will receive a phone call from one of our staff members.
  Once your order has been dispatched by courier, you will receive another email containing the consignment note number.

Provided your contact details have been entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation email and we will confirm the validity of your order by telephone within 24 hours on working days and within 48 hours on non-working days.

2. Delivery and payment methods.

Payment:

• Cash on delivery – payable directly to the courier upon receipt of the parcel
• Payment by credit and debit cards via POS terminals using Borika’s services (should the need arise, refunds will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. We do not store any bank card details under any circumstances.)
• TBI Bank – loan repayment options
• For orders outside Bulgaria, payment is by credit and debit card via POS terminals using Borika’s services (should a refund be required, the amount will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. We do not store any bank card details under any circumstances.)

Delivery:

Deliveries are made via the courier companies“Econt Express” or “Speedy AD”, atthe customer’s discretion. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, we use A1 Post. For orders over 77 €, delivery is free when using Speedy, and over 97 € when using Econt (for international orders, over 300 €). All parcels are insured and come with a tracking option.

Orders placed by 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day on working days.
Orders received after 3 pm will be dispatched the following day on working days.

The prices of the goods on this website are final and include VAT. Delivery charges are not included in these prices.
The website may offer products which are currently out of stock; customers will be informed of this when placing an order by telephone or following an order placed via the website, by telephone. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Return Policy

Under the Consumer Protection Act and the rules governing trade, the consumer is entitled to make a complaint in the event of any missing items, defects in the goods, a discrepancy with the advertised size or a discrepancy with the advertised brand.

You can return an item within 28 calendar days if:

   1. The goods are in their original condition (they are not torn, scratched, worn, washed or ironed, and the labels have not been cut off or removed);
   2. There is no damage resulting from improper use;
   3. The original packaging, consumables and accessories, if any, must be retained;
   4. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs
5. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer

To exercise their right to withdraw from the contract, or if they wish to exchange or return a product, the Consumer must complete and submit the relevant form, which is published on the‘Exchanges and Returns’page of the Arms-Bg.com website.

By completing the form, the User provides the necessary information, including their name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and unequivocally states their decision to cancel, exchange or return the product.

Submitting an application by any other means (by post, fax or email) will not be regarded as valid notification unless the trader has expressly confirmed receipt of it.

When making a complaint, the consumer may request a refund of the amount paid, a replacement of the goods with new ones, or a price reduction.

Warranty Service

Arms-bg.com is liable for any lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale which exists at the time of delivery of the goods and becomes apparent within two years of their delivery, even if it was not aware of the lack of conformity.
A commercial guarantee is any obligation undertaken by the trader or manufacturer towards the consumer in addition to their obligation under this Act to ensure that the goods comply with the contract of sale, to refund the amount paid, or to replace or repair the goods, or to provide another form of service relating to the goods, where the goods do not meet the specifications or, where applicable, other requirements unrelated to the conformity of the goods with the contract of sale, as set out in the application for a commercial guarantee or in the relevant advertising made at the time of, or prior to, the conclusion of the contract.
The consumer may not rely on the Commercial Guarantee and shall forfeit their rights under it:
(a) in the event of a lost warranty card;
b) if an attempt is made to carry out repairs or rectify a non-conformity by a person or service centre not authorised by Technomarket.bg;
c) in the event of damage caused by improper use;
d) in the event of damage to the physical integrity of the product;
e) in the event of chemical, electrical and/or other influences unrelated to the normal operation of the product;
The manufacturer’s warranty provided for the product does not cover product components with a limited service life (batteries, consumables, etc.). Warranty service is provided solely at the service centres specified on the warranty card, provided that the product is accompanied by complete documentation and is in its original packaging.
The products and services listed on this Website are limited solely to the General Terms and Conditions and information set out on the Website, and no warranties of any kind, including commercial or implied warranties, are provided beyond those specified. The obligations of arms-bg.com in relation to the products and services offered on this Website are governed by the relevant agreements with the importers and/or distributors of the products presented.
