TRC Knives CLASSIC FREEDOM DLC M390 BCM knife

Description
The TRC Knives Classic Freedom M390 knife was created in honour of the American writer Ernest Hemingway. He may well have been delighted to win the Nobel Prize in Literature, but not quite as much as he enjoyed camping and fishing. Ernest Hemingway was a great adventurer and a true man of the outdoors. As a young man, he spent his days honing his fishing skills on the rivers of Northern Michigan. In the early 1930s, he completed a course in deep-sea fishing. Later, Hemingway went on to win every organised fishing tournament you could imagine. As one story goes, the great writer almost missed his own wedding because his mind was so completely absorbed in fishing during one of his expeditions. He found his passion in fishing and his freedom in nature. CLASSIC FREEDOM is a knife for men like Hemingway. It is the smaller version of the original THIS IS FREEDOM knife. Classic lines meet modern stealth: the DLC-coated M390 eliminates glare and adds a hardened outer layer to the already elite blade. The micarta-wrapped scales provide a firmer grip when wet, cold or bloodied. The red lining underneath is a quiet reminder that freedom comes at a price. Designed for professionals who require unobtrusive capability: civilian operators, security teams, night-shift workers and civilians who prefer their tools to stay out of the way until they’re needed.
