The Vosteed Psyop S35VN Norplex UltreX Micarta Handle knife sits right between the large and small Psyop models. Designed in close collaboration with Jeff Blauvelt of Tuff Knives, every detail has been perfected – from the clean, modern lines to the retro aesthetic, right through to the asymmetrical support and the Micarta handle. Measuring 2.99 inches in length, the US-made Crucible S35VN blade offers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. With this compact Psyop, we’ve optimised the blade-to-handle ratio by minimising the blade length, giving it a longer, more continuous cutting edge for better cutting performance. Some users prefer a longer blade length for a better forward grip and additional control. That is why this version does not replace the large Psyop – it simply offers another option for those who want maximum blade length in a more compact format. Deliberately designed to combine vintage character with modern minimalism, the handle features Norplex UltreX™ Micarta scales, paired with the signature Psyop asymmetrical lining. We know you love the Top Liner Lock, so our engineering team has taken great care to fine-tune the length, width, height and travel of the blade. The result? A lock that’s perfectly tailored to this size – secure, intuitive and satisfying every time you open it. The thumb lever ensures a quick and familiar deployment. To improve grip and control during opening and use, we’ve added ridges to the front of the handle and the back of the blade – a subtle but meaningful improvement for confident handling.
