The Fox EASTWOOD TIGER Elmax Titanium Ziricote Knife is a large fixed blade knife designed by Dutch designer Gudy van Poppel. This version is improved with a fixed blade over the original pocket knife. The blade is made of Elmax steel, a European type of high grade steel with excellent sharpness retention, stainless and very strong. However, it can be a little hard to sharpen, which is why we recommend using diamond-coated sharpening stones from brands like Wicked Edge or Work Sharp. Fortunately, once the blade has a sharp edge, it will stay sharp for an incredibly long time. The handle is made of titanium with a ziricote inlay. Both the handle and the blade are large and sturdy, you will immediately feel that this knife was made to be used.
