Registration is NOT compulsory to place an order via the website. However, if you do register, you’ll find shopping more convenient, be able to track the status of your orders, and receive information about our latest offers and promotions.
Once the ordering process has been successfully completed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation that your order has been accepted, along with a message on the screen stating that one of our staff members will contact you on the telephone number provided to finalise all the delivery details.
You will receive a call from one of our staff members with details regarding the forthcoming dispatch of your parcel. Orders for items in stock placed by 14:00 on a working day are usually dispatched on the same day.
Orders for items in stock placed after 14:00 on a working day, on a non-working day or on a public holiday will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day.
Depending on the location, courier companies deliver them within 1–3 working days.
Arms-bg.com offers free delivery on orders over 77 euros via the courier company ‘Speedy’ and over 97 euros via the courier company ‘Econt’.
For orders below this amount, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated during the final stage of the ordering process on our website, and you will be able to view it.
The delivery charge is calculated based on the current rates of the courier companies ‘Econt’ and depends largely on the cash-on-delivery option, the weight of the goods ordered and the delivery method you choose – to a courier office or to an address of your choice.

We dispatch all orders with a view and trial option so that you can take your time to examine and try out the products before paying the cash-on-delivery amount.
We also offer a ‘Choose’ option: if you’re unsure about the size, we can send you a few and, after trying them on, you can decide which ones to keep and which ones to return.
Arms-bg.com offers the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – with this option, you pay for your order in cash or by debit/credit card to the courier upon receipt.
- Bank transfer – once the order is complete, a window will appear displaying the necessary bank details to which you must transfer the order amount. The parcel will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment in our account.
- On lease – through TBI Bank.
Yes, you can exchange a purchased item within 30 days of receipt for another item available on our website, and the difference in price will be refunded. The item you are returning must be in its original, undamaged packaging, together with all accompanying documents and all accessories with which it was delivered to you.
Returns of products without a tax document certifying the purchase; without packaging or with damaged or incomplete packaging; without a label or with a damaged or incomplete label; showing signs of wear and tear, knocks, scratches, damage or other external marks; stained, torn, broken, punctured, ripped, burnt, perfumed or washed; showing signs of tampering or any other form of alteration; such returns cannot be accepted.

Yes, this is your right under Bulgarian law, and we are giving you a 30-day period, starting from the date of delivery of the goods you ordered, during which you may return the products you ordered.
If you have ordered more than one item and wish to return some of them, not all of the items ordered, arms-bg.com will refund the price paid only for the returned items, whilst reserving the right to deduct any discounts applied to the price based on the quantity ordered from the cost of the items remaining in your possession.
Items you are returning must be in their original, undamaged packaging, together with all accompanying documents and all accessories with which they were delivered to you (receipt, return/exchange form, original labels, accessories, gifts, etc.).

IMPORTANT: Refunds will be made by bank transfer, so you will need to enter the IBAN of the personal account into which you wish to receive the money. Please do not return products by cash on delivery, as they will not be accepted.

If you are returning a product or products, you will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning them to us, as well as the costs of resending the replacement product or products.
Yes. Every customer with a registered account on our website automatically joins our loyalty programme and receives a permanent discount that increases as they make purchases. No separate application is required; simply shop whilst logged into your account.
The discount levels are:
- 5% – for cumulative purchases totalling €1,000 or 10 orders
- 10% – for cumulative purchases totalling €2,000 or 20 orders
- 12% – on cumulative purchases totalling €4,000 or 40 orders
For each level, you only need to fulfil one of the two conditions. Only completed orders placed via your account will be counted. The discount is applied automatically at the checkout, without the need for a code, and does not apply to products on special offer or those already reduced in price.

If you are a member of staff at the Ministry of the Interior or the Ministry of Defence, Arms-bg.com offers a discount of up to 10 per cent on items on our website that are not already on sale. To take advantage of this, you must prove that you are on active duty in the relevant ministry. You can do this by sending a photo of your staff ID card to our email address or by telephone. Any information other than your first name and surname may be obscured, as it is not required. Arms-bg.com is licensed to process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
All goods from Arms-bg.com are covered by a 2-year statutory guarantee, or any other period expressly stated, regarding the conformity of the goods with the contract of sale, which begins to run from the moment the goods are received.
The warranty shall cease to be valid in the following cases:
- No tax document proving the purchase from arms-bg.com.
- Damage to or impairment of the product’s integrity resulting from actions not related to the normal use of the product.
- Damage resulting from improper use.
If the product you are looking for is currently out of stock, you can contact us by telephone or email so that we can let you know when we expect the product you want to be back in stock. You can also sign up for email alerts when the product you want becomes available again by clicking the ‘Notify me when available’ button on the product page.
If you are happy with the estimated delivery time, we will contact you to let you know once the product is back in stock.
We will do our very best. To this end, please email us at [email protected] with as much information as possible about the product, ideally including a link from the manufacturer’s website or another website.
We operate entirely online. We use the courier companies ‘Econt’ and ‘Speedy’, and your parcels will be sent with the option to inspect and test them.
