The Sharpener Smith’s Adjustable Angle Pull-Thru Knife Sharpener is lightweight, sturdy, and compact, with a non-slip base and a comfortable rubberized handle. You can choose one of six preset sharpening angles that closely match the factory angle. The sharpener features two sharpening stages (coarse and fine) for a straight secondary bevel and one stage with a fixed angle for serrated blades. If you don’t know the cutting edge angle, you can use the knife’s intended use as a guide when selecting a sharpening angle.
