The Boker Solingen Kwaiken Compact Button Lock MagnaCut Aluminum knife is a beautiful pocket knife designed by Lucas Burnley. Burnley is one of the most successful knife designers in the world. Once again, he offers a model that is both timeless and affordable. With proven craftsmanship from Solingen, this knife is manufactured at the Böker Manufaktur factory in Solingen, Germany. It is a further development of the well-known Burnley Kwaiken Classic, a bushcraft knife also in the neo-Japanese style. Intuitive handling is a particular focus of this compact version with a push-button lock, as the ball-bearing blade, made from powder-metallurgized CPM MagnaCut (61-62 HRC), opens with a flipper and unlocks with a single press of the button on the front scale of the handle. The refined design is accentuated by the high-strength aluminum scales, which give the knife a very distinctive look. The slim design and exclusive material make the Kwaiken an elegant hybrid between a gentleman’s folding knife and a tactical knife.
