The Cold Steel O Tanto Bokken training sword is made from the heaviest grade of polypropylene and is an exact replica of its real-world counterparts in terms of length, size and feel. Although not as hard as wood, they offer the significant advantages of being virtually unbreakable, remarkably hard and resistant to cutting. Cold Steel’s Japanese training swords are precisely modelled on the world-famous swords from the Warrior series. Their broad blades mimic the flowing lines of the Warrior swords, but as they are made from super-strong polypropylene, with no sharp edges or points, they are ideal for sparring in armour, training and conditioning exercises. Each model also features a detailed imitation of a cord-wrapped hilt, offering superb control even when wearing thick gloves.
