The MOTOR MOLECHASER emits mechanical vibrations at 25-second intervals and protects an area of approximately 1,500 square meters (a circle with a diameter of 45 meters). The device is completely harmless to humans, pets, and beneficial insects living in the soil. The size of the effectively protected area depends on the type of soil in the area. Moist clay soil is the ideal medium for the propagation of sound waves and vibrations. The MOTOR MOLECHASER® has proven its effectiveness and holds patents worldwide. It operates on 4 1.5V “D”-size alkaline batteries, which are sold separately and are widely available in stores. Battery life is 4-6 months. Be sure to replace the battery set after the specified period or when you notice that the device is no longer emitting vibrations. The device’s exceptional energy efficiency allows a single set of batteries to provide protection for the property throughout the entire season (from spring to fall), making it the most cost-effective solution for protecting against underground rodents-without the use of expensive and harmful chemicals and with no effort required on the part of the owner. The MOTOR MOLECHASER® features an aluminum housing and is 100% waterproof, thereby protecting the environment from potential contamination should the batteries come into contact with the soil. Its length and diameter are 41.5 cm and 8 cm, respectively, and it weighs 500 grams without the batteries. Do not expect an immediate reaction from the pests. After installing the MOTOR MOLECHASER®, it takes at least a few days to notice that the underground rodents are leaving the protected area. It may take several weeks for the plants damaged by them to recover. Using MOTOR MOLECHASER® is recommended not only to repel pests but also to prevent their appearance-that is, as a preventive measure. When protecting a building from snakes, place the devices in the soil around the building near the areas where you believe the pests might enter. Farmers know all too well how costly it can be to replace crops destroyed by underground pests, as well as to deal with the problem “after the fact”-that is, once the damage has already been done. Taking preventive measures is definitely the right and much more cost-effective choice. Installing the device is straightforward. Unscrew the device’s cover and insert the batteries into the compartment, observing the specified polarity. Reattach the cover and tighten it securely to ensure the device is protected from moisture! Once the batteries are properly installed, the device emits its first vibration signal. Using a suitable tool of a size similar to the device, make a hole in the soil to place the device, covering it up to the mark on the aluminum housing. Under no circumstances should the device be driven into the soil by striking or applying pressure to it without first creating a hole for this purpose. After installation, compact the soil around the device to ensure reliable transmission of vibrations through it. Compaction (tamping) of the soil must be performed carefully to avoid potential damage to the device. For the same reason, the location where the device is installed must be clearly marked. This protects the machine during soil cultivation or in the event of accidental contact.
