PESTREPELLER Stationary Rodent and Cockroach Repeller

Description

The PESTREPELLER stationary device for protection against rodents and cockroaches (Figure 1) provides protection against mice, rats, cockroaches, fleas, and ants by emitting a powerful 130 dB ultrasonic signal with a variable frequency in the range of 30 kHz to 65 kHz. Laboratory tests have proven that ultrasound with these parameters affects the nervous system of household pests and causes them to leave the area protected by the device. The ultrasonic signal in question is outside the hearing range of humans and pets such as dogs, cats, birds, and other warm-blooded animals. However, it is not suitable for hamsters and guinea pigs. If you have such a pet in the room, you should not use the PESTREPELLER. The device does not interfere with television, radio, alarm, or telephone signals, fire alarms, or gas detectors. It is harmless to humans, including those with pacemakers and hearing aids.

The frequency of the PESTREPELLER’s emitted signal changes in a “wave-like” pattern, which prevents pests from getting used to it and thus ensures the device’s effectiveness.
PESTREPELLER effectively protects areas up to 450 square meters. If the space is partitioned, a device should be placed in each separate section. “Figure 2” illustrates the movement of the ultrasonic signal in a typical furnished kitchen. It is evident that the signal, reflected off the walls and furnishings, reaches and “targets” nearly every point in the room.

HOW DOES PESTREPELLER WORK ON PESTS?:

The device remains continuously plugged into the electrical outlet via the adapter included in the kit. The effect becomes noticeable after a few days. At that point, you will notice the absence of rodents. As for insects (cockroaches, ants, etc.), an increase in their activity is observed in the first few days after activation because the device’s effect causes them to leave their usual hiding places. Under the influence of the ultrasound, the insects lose their reproductive abilities and leave the protected area. Over the next 1-2 weeks, the eggs they have laid will hatch, but no new eggs will be laid. This results in a gradual reduction in the insect population, and approximately 4-6 weeks after the device is turned on, the protected area is free of insects. Occasional visits by rodents in search of food cannot be ruled out. However, it is certain that they will not remain permanently in the protected area.

PESTREPELLER must remain turned on continuously. Its power consumption is negligible-practically “zero”-providing inexpensive, reliable protection against pests without chemicals, poisons, or any consumables. The device requires no maintenance.
PESTREPELLER has a “test button” that, when pressed, shows the user what pests experience when treated by the device. Do not test the “test button” for an extended period of time-the sensation will be painfully unpleasant for you!
PESTREPELLER has an LED indicator that glows red when the device is turned on and operating normally. This indicator allows you to monitor the device’s operational status.
PESTREPELLER consists of a main module with two ultrasonic emitters and a 220VAC/9VDC power adapter.
The dimensions of the PESTREPELLER main module are 12 x 9 x 7 cm, and it weighs 160 grams. The device has an aesthetically pleasing design.
