This set includes a pair of medium-grit ceramic stones for aggressive sharpening and a pair of fine ceramic stones for a professional finish. The fine stones will give your knives a sharp edge. Use the stones without any type of lubricants.
This sharpener set will hone just about anything. The stones are triangular: for smooth edges on the flat side and serrated edges on the corners. fishhooks, darts, and awls.>The stones have grooves for sharpening pointed items such as fishing hooks, darts, and awls.
