The Holosun AEMS-PRO-X2 RD 2/65MOA 7075 Aluminum/Solar/Circle Dot enhances the AEMS platform by increasing accuracy thanks to an advanced optical system that reduces parallax by 50%. The AEMS PRO X2 also introduces a forward-facing ambient light sensor that enables a smarter automatic mode, improving dot contrast under dynamic lighting conditions. The AEMS PRO X2 also features a new anti-reflective coating and an all-new 1/3 co-witness mount. The rangefinder is also compatible with the original AEMS mounts. Solar Failsafe technology is one of the many innovations included in Holosun’s solar-powered sights. With Solar Failsafe, if your battery fails, you always have a backup power source whenever natural or artificial light is available. Solar Failsafe operates in automatic mode, in which the display brightness adjusts automatically based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. In brighter conditions, the display is brighter, and in dimmer conditions, the intensity is reduced accordingly to adapt to all lighting conditions. In models equipped with a supercapacitor, the sight can operate indefinitely in both daytime and nighttime conditions, maintaining its charge via the solar safety system without the need for a battery.
