The Tridot aiming system uses a high-contrast fiber-optic 3-dot configuration with 1 front red dot and 2 rear green dots, which collect ambient light and direct it toward the shooter’s eyes to make the sights glow without the need for batteries. The devices are constructed from CNC-machined steel and feature a Fortress Finish nitrogen coating. The low-profile design reduces the risk of the firearm snagging on clothing or holsters. The front sight’s fiber is red. The rear sight is equipped with green fibers. The color contrast between the rear sight and the front sight results in a highly visible aiming point, which facilitates shooting and increases firing efficiency. It is mounted with a hex screw.
