SCHERELLS SCHAFTOL Wood Oil 50 ml BALLISTOL is a high-quality specialty wood oil that optimally maintains, preserves, and protects wood from unwanted changes. SCHERELLS SCHAFTOL is suitable for the care of all types of open-pored wood, furniture, and antiques. Made from natural ingredients with a small amount of silicone added. A small amount of SCHERELLS SCHAFTOL BALLISTOL wood oil is sufficient to achieve the desired results.
Application Instructions: Apply a few drops of the oil to a linen cloth and rub it into the stock; repeat the procedure the following day. If there are damaged areas or rough spots on the surface, sand down the irregularities with No. 150 fine-grit sandpaper before applying the oil. Wipe the cleaned areas with water or, better yet, with vinegar. After drying, sand once more with No. 400 sandpaper, then rub vigorously with a linen cloth soaked in SCHAFTOL®.
