Description

This high-quality pure camellia oil is produced according to a traditional Chinese recipe and is versatile in its applications. This low-viscosity oil is extracted from the seeds of the camellia tree; it is tasteless, odorless, and does not dry out. Camellia oil is safe if ingested and is therefore an ideal lubricant for carbon steel knives. Non-acidic, non-gelling, and non-volatile camellia oil is traditionally used to protect high-quality knives, as well as tools and weapons, from corrosion. Due to its low viscosity, it absorbs quickly into wooden parts and protects them from moisture, dirt, and UV radiation. Camellia oil is clear, does not discolor the wood, and enhances the wood’s texture.
