The ExBTT-20HE telescopic pole is a hardened steel baton designed for professional use by police and private or public security forces. This version features a high-quality non-slip ergonomic surface on the “HE”-type handle. This type of baton can be opened in two ways, depending on the situation or the user’s preference: By pulling on the end to extend the telescoping tubes until they lock fully into place. The locking mechanism then secures the tubes in the extended position. This method is gentler on the cane and extends its lifespan. The second method involves a quick movement of the wrist or forearm, similar to opening a classic friction-lock telescoping pole. The best feature of this pole is its closing mechanism. The lock is released when you press the button at the end of the handle and push the tip of the pole inward. The sections can then be easily pushed back into the handle. The pole can always be closed easily and effortlessly, regardless of how hard you opened it. You also don’t need to look for a hard surface to close the telescoping pole with a friction lock. WARNING! The pole can only be closed using the button located at the end of the handle. It is not possible to close it by hitting it against the ground-this can only damage it.
