Description
The DPM Spring for M-16/AR-15 Combat Carbines.223/5.56 is a direct replacement for the buttstock buffer and requires no modification; buffer length: 82.0 mm (3.2″). Recoil reduction is achieved thanks to a patented mechanism featuring multiple springs and counterweights. The system provides superior recoil reduction by gradually slowing the bolt carrier before it stops at the bottom of the barrel. Also included are 2 additional buffer springs, 2 counterweight springs, and 1 additional heavier counterweight. The user can fine-tune the rifle’s cycle and recoil and further ensure proper bolt locking.
The system can also be used in a medium-length barrel (7 positions) and a long-length M16 barrel with the unique DPM universal buffer separator.
