The Nitecore HC60 UHE headlamp features a unique arrangement of four single-core UHE LEDs and one dual-core UHE LED, creating a six-core matrix lighting system. Thanks to its versatile optical system, it delivers a maximum output of 1,600 lumens and can illuminate an area up to 157 meters. The HC60 UHE achieves over 94% light transmission with a large reflective surface area of 411 mm2, which significantly reduces light loss, while simultaneously improving reflectivity, thereby increasing both the range and brightness of the headlamp. The HC60 UHE has a total weight of just 140 g (4.94 ounces). Made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and a special PC material, it offers excellent impact resistance and performs well at low temperatures. Its military-grade HA III hard-anodized coating ensures effective heat dissipation and exceptional durability. The included NITECORE NL1840 lithium-ion rechargeable battery (4000mAh) provides up to 200 hours of continuous use. The USB-C charging port is carefully designed to prevent accidental impacts and wear. The HC60 UHE features a dual light source, equipped with a primary white light (color temperature: 6000K) and an auxiliary red light. To accommodate various nighttime activities, it offers five brightness levels and three special modes. The two-button interface includes a power button and a MODE button. Simply press and hold the power button for one second to turn on the main white light, and briefly press either button to turn it off. For convenience, the power indicators are located on the front of the headlamp to show the remaining battery life. These indicators can be quickly activated with a short press of the MODE button, ensuring that you’re always aware of the power status. To prevent accidental activation, the HC60 UHE features a transport lock that tilts the headlamp upward to prevent accidental activation while wearing or transporting it. In addition, the lock mode prevents accidental use by simultaneously pressing all buttons for about 2 seconds while the headlamp is off. Thanks to its design with a center of gravity close to the head, the headlamp’s weight is distributed more evenly near the head, which significantly reduces pressure on the forehead. The headband perfectly conforms to the natural curve of the head to ensure a comfortable fit for users. The headlamp is also interchangeable, allowing for quick removal and replacement to accommodate various headlamp brackets, including the HLB40. The HC60 UHE headband is equipped with reflective markings to improve nighttime visibility and ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles. With an IP68 rating plus 2-meter drop protection, it is waterproof, dustproof, and highly impact-resistant.
