The Extrema Ratio Misericordia Black Warfare knife is a limited-edition version of only 500 pieces, which retains all the characteristics of the famous Misericordia model, adopted by the 4th Alpine Parachute Regiment, which assisted in the product’s development and testing and selected it for its unique characteristics that make it particularly well-suited for ambush combat. The blade is milled from Böhler N690 steel, hardened to 58 HRC for the best balance of edge retention and strength; it is 118 mm long, 4 mm thick, and features a flat edge. The knife weighs only 87 grams. The handle retains Extrema Ratio’s signature ergonomic profile and is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon to ensure absolute durability under all conditions, even during the most demanding use. The distinctive ring at the bottom of the handle aids the hand’s grip, allowing the soldier to deliver a stronger and more powerful strike. The Kydex sheath offers attachment options via a belt clip or an ultra-clip, and can also be attached to a M.O.L.L.E. system by weaving a paracord strap through it. The Misericordia Black Warfare comes with an IP67-certified waterproof polypropylene technical sheath featuring a pressure valve and resistance to weather, dust, and impact.
