The Pohl Force Tactical Eight SW – D2 fixed knife is based on the well-known MK-8; designer Dietmar Pohl developed the new Tactical Eight SW. Reduced weight and a more compact size. A sturdy Bowie-style blade with a length of 17.4 centimeters and a thickness of 6 millimeters is suitable for a wide range of applications. For high cutting durability and resilience, D2 tool steel with a hardness of 59 Rockwell (HRC) was selected. Stone Wash coating, which provides scratch and corrosion resistance for the blade. The handle is made of durable black G-10, with a milled surface that offers an excellent and secure grip. A distinctive rounded finger groove in front of the safety allows for a forward grip. A hidden hole at the end of the handle offers the option to attach a lanyard (included). The Tactical Eight’s Kydex® sheath is equipped with a proven, replaceable belt adapter-a standard feature of Pohl Force knives designed to reduce blade scratches and ensure silent draw
