The South Pole Apo Finish knife by the Lithuanian master knife maker is made of Elmax steel (heat/cryo-treated) hardened to 60-61 HRC, with an Apocalyptic finish (matte black with coppery rust tones; each knife has a unique pattern). Entirely handcrafted. The heat treatment is precisely tailored to the steel to ensure the blades’ strength and durability. Expert, precise sharpening is done by hand. Its Kydex sheaths are precisely matched to each blade. This TRC ensures a snug fit and minimizes scratches on the blade. A highly ergonomic handle made of Black Canvas Micarta. Sheath made of Kydex. Each knife comes with a certificate indicating the date of manufacture and the hardness rating.
