The Boker Solingen Urban Trapper NonLock 42 knife combines two worlds in one passion! American master knife-maker Brad Zinker skilfully captures the spirit of the times with his meticulously crafted versions of the Urban Trapper model. The Boker Plus Urban Trapper Nonlock resembles an automatic knife, but from a legal standpoint it is not classified as such. A true gentleman’s knife, exuding uncompromising style. At its core is a straight-back blade, mounted on ball bearings and crafted from CPM MagnaCut steel (hardness 62 HRC ±1). The blade is opened via a button in the aluminium handle – similar to an automatic knife – but it does not have a locking mechanism. A special spring provides a precisely defined closing resistance, allowing for two-handed operation, similar to a slipjoint mechanism. The CNC-machined aluminium handle ensures a secure grip and emphasises the knife’s premium appearance. The pocket clip (tip-up style, on the right-hand side) allows for discreet carrying deep in the pocket. Handcrafted at the Boker factory in Solingen, the Urban Trapper NonLock comes with a high-quality felt sheath – an essential accessory for fans of EDC (everyday carry) tools, design enthusiasts and collectors.
