Description
The Fox Atrax 8Cr13MoV G10 Black knife is a compact folding E.D.C. knife, designed by Denis Simonutti. The Italian designer combines an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio with functionality. The blade is 3 mm thick with a Wharncliffe profile, providing excellent cutting edge geometry with low resistance. The blade is made of well-honed 8Cr13MoV stainless steel (equivalent to Japanese AUS-8 steel). The notches in the blade allow for opening with cold or wet hands, as well as while wearing gloves. Additionally, the knife can be opened using a flipper. Both methods are suitable for both right- and left-handed use. Liner-Lock locking mechanism. The handle is contoured and covered with non-slip textured G-10 (durable, resistant to high and low temperatures and chemicals). A lanyard hole at the back of the handle and a double-sided clip allow for deep carry.
