The blade itself has a standard shape with a smoothly sharpened cutting edge, which, combined with a length of 87 mm and a thickness of 3.3 mm, allows this knife to be used effectively both for cutting food as well as for more labor-intensive tasks. It is made of D2 steel, hardened to a hardness of ~60 HRC. This ensures that the FH11 model stays sharp for a long time. One of the most reliable mechanisms-a linear lock-is responsible for securing the knife in the open position.
