Description
The Opinel Collection No. 2-12 Stainless Steel Set in a Glass-Topped Box is a showcase of all traditional stainless steel knives from No. 2 to No. 12. The stainless steel used in OPINEL blades is selected to ensure both high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties. The blade offers excellent sharpness and abrasion resistance, allowing it to withstand regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, before needing to be resharpened. Stainless steel has the advantage of requiring no special maintenance under normal conditions of use, unlike carbon steel. The handle is made of beech, the most commonly used wood for manufacturing Opinel handles.
