The Vosteed Shilin Cutter® Vanchor Lock® 154CM G10 is a time-tested Taiwanese-style knife, with the earliest records dating back nearly 200 years. Rooted in agricultural and farming practices, the Shilin Cutter®’s wide blade allows for efficient cutting of various materials such as wood, stems, leaves, cardboard boxes, paper, pipes, and cables. Unlike our Nightshade®, the Shilin Cutter® features a wider, more contoured handle that provides additional grip and control, as well as a natural fit for larger hands. The cutting edge of the blade slopes downward, creating a negative blade angle that positions the cutting edge lower than the user’s index finger, keeping the wrist in a straight line. This is comfortable when using the knife for extended periods, as it requires less pressure to be applied by your wrist. Our “2-in-1” locking system combines a hinge and a button, providing a safe and intuitive way to operate the knife. The Vanchor® lock integrates a magnetic connector and a sturdy locking plate that work together to ensure stability and reinforcement. Furthermore, the lock’s design ensures that the hinge/button remains recessed regardless of whether the lock is engaged, for seamless operation and an elegant appearance. In addition to allowing users to open the knife while wearing gloves, the triple-action opening mechanisms offer plenty of fun for you.
