Description
The Peltonen Knives Black Leather Sheath is made of high-quality natural leather that is 3 mm thick. This is an excellent option for those who prefer natural leather sheaths for their knives. It features an internal plastic liner that protects the leather from punctures and a drainage hole at the end to allow moisture to escape. It features the EasyLock system. The sheath includes a belt loop with a Velcro fastener, compatible with MOLLE and PALS systems.
EASYLOCK System: An innovation introduced by J-P Peltonen, available in both composite and leather sheaths. The EASYLOCK system ensures that regardless of how the knife is carried-whether traditionally across a traveler’s waist or reversed on a soldier’s shoulder-it remains securely fastened and will not accidentally fall out of the sheath. A rubber ring at the point where the knife enters and exits the sheath guides the knife in and out, securing it firmly in place. This rubber ring allows the TPE-molded safety catch to be secured inside the sheath, preventing it from being released unintentionally. The handle features an integrated thumb rest with a textured grip for easy knife extraction.
