Description

The DMT 8 Double-Sided Dia-Sharp Bench Stone is quite large, making it suitable for all types of knives, including large kitchen knives. The advantage of diamond sharpening stones is that no pressure is required; the diamond particles are embedded in a 9-mm-thick steel plate. You can use DMT sharpening stones with or without water. The advantage of sharpening with water is that it lubricates the stone and removes sharpening debris. Never use oil-always use water.
