Description

The Ganzo ProSharp Sharpener is a universal sharpener designed for various cutting tools, including kitchen knives, camping knives, household scissors, and garden hatchets. Its main features include two diamond plates with different grit sizes: a 400-grit plate for coarse sharpening and an 800-grit plate for polishing and finishing. Each plate is 150 mm long, allowing users to choose their desired sharpening angle. Typically, 6-12 passes on each side of the blade are required for sharpening and removing burrs. In addition, the sharpener has two grooves at the base of the handle: a carbide sharpening stone for rough sharpening and a ceramic sharpening stone for finishing, which allows for quick and effective sharpening of both sides of the blade simultaneously. The Ganzo ProSharp handle is made of food-grade polypropylene-durable, impact-resistant, and safe for human health. The handle is 115 millimeters long, ensuring a comfortable and secure grip while in use. The handle includes a scissor-sharpening attachment and features a wide slotted opening at the end for convenient hanging on a kitchen rack.
