The Work Sharp® Angle Set Knife SharpenerTM is a comprehensive, flexible, and adjustable knife sharpening system. The Tri-BrasiveTM three-sided sharpening elements are diamond plates with coarse and medium grit for quickly restoring a sharp cutting edge, while the fine-grit ceramic stone creates an incredibly sharp cutting edge on every knife. The abrasives rotate for quick indexing between grains, making the process fast and easy. The sharpening angles can be set to 15°, 17.5°, 20°, 22.5°, or 25°. It folds conveniently and stores in a compact case. The Tri-BrasiveTM abrasive elements are designed to rotate 360 degrees, so you’re not limited to a single motion when sharpening. It allows for quick movement between the abrasive surfaces and creates perfectly comfortable ergonomics while sharpening. First, set one side in the selected slot, then place the other side at the same selected angle to ensure symmetry of the sharpening surface-adjust it to what’s most comfortable for you, knowing that it won’t affect the selected sharpening angle.
