Your new multitool has been carefully inspected before leaving the factory. All Leatherman Tool Group products are covered by a 25-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you notice any defect in the materials or workmanship of your multitool, please return the purchased product to Leatherman Tool Group or the authorized distributor in Bulgaria.
Please use a secure method when returning the product for repair or replacement. Leatherman Tool Group and the authorized importer are not responsible for shipments that do not reach us. The cost of shipping the product to the authorized importer and to LEATHERMAN TOOL GROUP is the customer’s responsibility.
After inspection, we may replace your multitool with a new one instead of repairing the old one. If the old multitool is no longer in production, we will replace it with a similar model or a higher-end product.
The warranty does not cover misuse, unreasonable use, modification, or attempts to repair a defect or damage on your own. This warranty excludes damage to the handle, accessories, accidental impacts, as well as wear and tear or surface scratches. Leatherman Tool Group is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
