The Boker Magnum Kiai PP Training Boken is used to improve skills in Japanese martial arts such as iaido, aikido, kenjutsu, or kendo-a wooden sword, or bokken, is typically used. Instead of using sharp blades like a katana or wakizashi, a training sword with a blunt edge and a rounded tip is a much safer way to practice various techniques. As a refreshing alternative to the bokken, the Magnum Kiai combines the best of both worlds. Thanks to modern materials, attention to detail, and realistic dimensions in terms of size and weight, this training sword can be used to realistically perform all kinds of exercises-from partner drills to fixed sequences of movements (kata).
