The LumiQuick EOLO single-use breathalyzer test is a certified single-use alcohol test manufactured to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The test consists of a chemical substance that changes color when exposed to exhaled human breath containing alcohol. The test provides a visual assessment of the result with four colors corresponding to the following values: 0.0 per mille, 0.2 per mille, 0.5 per mille (which is the upper limit of the legally permissible blood alcohol concentration in the Republic of Bulgaria), and 0.8 per mille. A more intense (darker/richer) color of the result than those indicated on the scale would indicate a value higher than 0.8 per mille, i.e., a significant presence of alcohol in the person’s breath. The EOLO test can be used over a very wide temperature range-from minus 20 degrees Celsius to plus 40 degrees Celsius. This makes it suitable for use in all conditions-outdoors in the field, in industrial settings, and indoors at home or in the office.
