The Helikon-tex GROUNDHOG backpack is a great example of how a compact size doesn’t limit functionality. This small backpack is perfect for a short hike, a bike ride, or simply for everyday use. The large main compartment can easily hold not only a hydration bladder but also extra clothing or gear. In addition, the front of the backpack features an expandable pocket with a vertically oriented zipper. An extra mesh pocket has been added, allowing you to carry a helmet or wet clothing while keeping them separate from the rest of your gear. On both sides, there are two pockets with bottle holders, secured with a compression strap and two rows of MOLLE Lite. A 15-mm strap allows you to attach additional pouches. In addition, the narrower strap width makes the backpack lighter. The backpack’s carrying system features narrow, contoured shoulder straps reinforced with 3D mesh. The same 3D mesh provides ventilation for the back. Thin waist and chest straps help ensure a secure fit.
