The Shimoda ACTION X30 30L hiking gear backpack is our bold line of hiking backpacks designed for extreme conditions. You no longer have to choose between a photography backpack and a sports backpack. Designed for an unparalleled experience, innovative and tested in real-world conditions, this is our new collection that will successfully accommodate both your photography gear and your skiing equipment. The X30 model comfortably accommodates most mirrorless and DSLR cameras (up to the Canon 5D) using our core modules*. The backpack is sold without a main module included, allowing you to choose an additional size that fits your needs and equipment. The backpack’s top roll-top pocket unfolds to provide additional space for personal items, if needed, in addition to the main compartment. If you’re a skier, the Action X models feature special side straps that can hold a set of skis, and the removable helmet holder with straps allows users to secure mountaineering helmets, skis, or bicycles to the outside of their backpack. The Action X hip belt is also removable, if needed, and features two zippered pockets for carrying most phones, water bottles, or personal accessories. The Action X30 features an updated side-access system with a wider and more flexible opening.
