Directions for Use:
– Open the package and remove the warmers;
– They activate upon contact with air, begin to warm up a few minutes after opening the package, and reach a maximum temperature of 45 degrees. They maintain an average temperature of 37 degrees for 6 hours;
– Remove the protective film and stick it to the bottom of the sock, in the toe or heel area.
