Directions for use:
– Open the package and remove the pouches;
– They activate upon contact with air, begin to warm up a few minutes after opening the package, and reach a maximum temperature of 65 degrees. They maintain an average temperature of 55 degrees for 8 hours.

Safety Instructions:
Avoid direct contact with the skin, except for the hands. For warming hands only! Not suitable for medical purposes and should not be used on bruises, wounds, frostbite, open skin lesions, or sensitive skin. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Do not use to warm food or while sleeping. Do not reheat-for single-use only! Inhalation or skin contact may cause irritation to the respiratory tract or skin.
