Description

The DPM recoil spring for SMITH & WESSON M&P COMPACT combat pistols replaces the standard recoil spring without altering the pistol’s factory configuration. This system operates via a multi-spring assembly (3 springs) and controls the pistol’s functionality. The third spring contained within the rod controls the movement of the slide so that it never strikes the frame. The system includes 2 separate springs, allowing the user to adjust the gun to his or her personal preferences. The longer spring (more coils) is sturdier and has a higher recoil rating than the shorter spring.

**Since we at DPM are leading the evolution of recoil reduction technology, product versions may change (new designs with different springs, with or without plugs, washers, etc.) without prior notice.**
