The Mora Risberg HeavyDuty (C) knife is the sturdiest knife in the Risberg series, featuring a thicker blade for tougher tasks in outdoor life, camping, hunting, and crafts. A durable and comfortable knife that combines power and precision. The Heavy Duty version features a 3.2 mm thick blade and reinforced geometry that handles more demanding tasks such as splitting wood and woodcarving. It can withstand greater stress than other Risberg models, but is not intended for the same extreme use as our full-tang knives. Designed for use in a wide range of environments-from camping, hunting, and fishing to simple crafts and everyday use in the great outdoors. The Risberg Heavy Duty handles both rough tasks and detailed work, making it a reliable tool for any season or activity. The ergonomic handle is made entirely of durable polymer (PP), which is resistant to moisture, dirt, and cold. The finger guard ensures safety during use, and the hole at the end of the handle makes it easy to attach paracord. The sheath features a practical snap-lock mechanism and can be worn on either the right or left side. It can also be attached directly to a pants button for outdoor activities. The 91-mm-long blade is made of German carbon steel (C100S) with a thickness of 3.2 mm. The steel offers high strength and long-lasting sharpness with a hardness of 57.5 HRC, while the 27° blade angle ensures durability for heavier-duty work. The blade extends all the way to the handle for improved balance and power transfer. The Risberg Heavy Duty is manufactured in Mora from carefully selected materials and 135 years of Swedish knife-making expertise.
