The LionSteel Skinny MagnaCut knife is a great EDC pocket knife from LionSteel’s SOLID series. A distinctive feature of this series is that the frame is milled from a single piece of titanium or aluminum, making the handle an integral, sturdy part of the knife. The Skinny gets its name from its slim design, which makes the knife easy to carry and doesn’t take up much space in your pocket. The blade is made of CPM MagnaCut, a type of stainless tool steel that retains its sharpness for a long time-one of the most popular steels available today. The Skinny is equipped with LionSteel’s well-known REF (retractable flipper) system, the blade opens and closes very smoothly thanks to the use of IKBS ball bearings and a Frame-Lock mechanism with a hardened steel insert. The handle features a pocket clip that is reversible for use with either the left or right hand, or you can remove it entirely to make the Skinny even slimmer.

CPM Magnacut steel , released in 2021, is one of the newest steels developed for knives, offering high corrosion resistance despite its low chromium content (more resistant than M390).
