The Spyderco AmbitiousTM Lightweight 8Cr13MoV FRN knife follows in the footsteps of its larger counterparts from Spyderco’s Value Folder series. The ultra-compact Ambitious is now also available in a lightweight version. The original G-10 scales have been replaced with injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN), which reduces its weight by nearly seven percent and offers additional grip security guaranteed by our signature two-way texture. All other features are consistent with the established version of this model, including an 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade with a fully flat grind, skeletonized stainless steel liners, a robust LinerLock mechanism, and a fully configurable four-position pocket clip.
