The OreMake Sheepdog Kitchen Knife Nakiri is the answer to the needs of culinary enthusiasts. The series combines a design inspired by Sheepdog-style pocket knives. A blade made of stainless Japanese Damascus steel (T – CO69), a forged 69-layer construction, an attractive pattern, and a harder steel core. The steel core has a high carbon content and offers excellent sharpness and edge retention . The Nakiri is perfectly balanced and features an ergonomic steel G10 handle with integrated brass accents for comfortable handling and a premium look. This is a versatile, Japanese-style knife designed for working with vegetables and herbs. It also works wonderfully as a fruit knife.
