The Tojiro Combined Knife Sharpener with ceramic rollers and diamond is a three-stage sharpener designed for all types of knives, except for single-bevel and serrated knives. Thanks to the water, the sharpening process is faster, and the factory-set holes make it easier to sharpen the knife at the correct angle. We recommend weekly maintenance with about 10 passes on step III. This keeps the knife exceptionally sharp without the need for resharpening.
