The Tojiro Trism Twin Roll Sharpener With Ceramic Stones features dual ceramic stones. This dry sharpener (no water required) is safe and easy to use, has two sharpening stages, and restores the cutting ability of dull knives in seconds. It has two sharpening levels: Place the knife in sharpening section 1, apply light pressure, and pull toward you; then repeat 10-20 times in both directions. If the knife is very dull, increase the number of strokes to 30-40 times. Then repeat the process in sharpening section 2. Always place the sharpener on a flat work surface, and clean it with a damp cloth after each use. CAUTION: Do not rinse the sharpener with water.
