Description

Enhance your sharpening experience with the blade grinding attachment for the Ken Onion Edition Mk.2TM knife and tool sharpening system (the Ken Onion Mk.2 sharpening device is not included in the set). This attachment expands your sharpening system to provide greater control over every knife you sharpen with horizontal bench sharpening. The larger 1″ x 18″ belts, the fully adjustable edge angles from 10° to 35°, and the three settings for the blade’s bevel profile allow you to take full control of the sharpening process to create the desired edge on your knives. We’ve put our expertise into this attachment so you can quickly and easily achieve professional-level results. The two guide plates make it easy to maintain the edge angle while ensuring contact-free sharpening, so you can trust it with your most prized knives.
