Hultafors Hatchet HB HULTAN 0.5 is a classic hiking hatchet and the ideal outdoor companion whether you’re traveling through the wilderness or simply need to start a campfire. The hatchet is suitable for almost any task in the woods, but above all for campwork, such as gathering and preparing firewood and building a shelter. Thanks to its compact size and light weight, the Hults has become the best-selling model. The head is hand-forged from Swedish steel at the Hults Bruk forge. Traditional production dates back to 1697, and the steel head is hammered 40-60 times to increase its density and durability. The model is named after Hultån, the stream whose water powers the waterwheels at the forge. Take good care of your axe, and it will remain a faithful companion for many years to come.
